SVS Website & Support Portal Privacy Policy

Privacy standards governing technical support tickets, contact communications, feature feedback, and server diagnostic logs.

1

Verified MSI downloads and optional product updates

The website requires your name, company and email address before issuing an MSI download. Zoho Mail sends a one-time code to verify access to your inbox. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; a secure download cookie lasts 30 minutes. A previously verified email can request another download session without entering name, company or a new code; this does not sign the visitor into the website account. Verified contact details and your communication preference are stored privately in Supabase and shown only to authorised administrators. This does not create a website account. The optional product-update and newsletter checkbox is selected by default. Untick it before verification to download without subscribing. Existing recorded opt-outs are preserved. You can unsubscribe from product announcements or contact support@svsbimtools.com to request access, correction or deletion of your download-contact record.

2

Information collected through contact forms and email inquiries

When you submit a support ticket, contact message, or email SVS Team at support@svsbimtools.com, we collect your name, work email address, company name, country, and any details or log files you choose to include in your message. This information is used strictly to respond to your technical questions and assist with your BIM tool workflows.

3

Server logs and technical diagnostic data

Our web servers process standard network communication data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, requested pages, and times of access, to maintain server security, analyze performance, and troubleshoot website issues. The private website traffic dashboard uses Cloudflare request data for public pages and makes IP addresses available to administrators for up to seven days. It does not collect form data or URL query strings. The live online counter uses a temporary random browser identifier to count active browsers once. Cloudflare discards the counter's identifier when the connection closes.

4

Website hosting and database services

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores website accounts, password hashes, administrator authenticator and passkey records, sessions, settings, download access details, support communications and mail operation records. Supabase continues to process password hashing and verification and to operate the installed software services. Previous website records are retained privately for migration rollback. These services process information to provide the features you request.

5

Support communications and user records

Communications regarding technical questions, feature requests, or troubleshooting are retained securely. SVS Team does not sell, rent, lease, or share your contact info or inquiry histories with third-party advertising networks or marketing databases.

6

Data retention, user rights, and control

We retain website logs and support records only for as long as necessary to fulfill technical support, ensure platform reliability, or satisfy legal audits. You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, request corrections of inaccurate data, or request the deletion of your support contact history. Please submit any such inquiries directly to support@svsbimtools.com.
