SVS MEP Room Sync Privacy Policy

SVS MEP Room Sync does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data or project data. The app works locally inside Autodesk Revit.

1

Data processed locally

The add-in reads the active Revit project, selected or visible MEP elements, loaded Revit links, linked Rooms, linked Spaces, element locations, and configured Room or Space description parameter names. This processing happens locally inside Revit.

2

Data written locally

The add-in creates local shared parameter definitions and writes room or space values into the current Revit project. The default shared parameter file is stored under the user's Documents folder at Documents\SVS Parameters\SVS_MEP_Room_Sync_Shared_Parameters.txt.

3

Collection and transmission

No project data or personal data is sent to SVS, Autodesk, analytics services, advertising networks, third-party SDKs, or external servers by SVS MEP Room Sync.

4

Third parties

The app uses Autodesk Revit APIs and Microsoft .NET runtime libraries only. Because the app does not share user data with third parties, no third party receives app data from SVS MEP Room Sync.

5

Retention and deletion

SVS does not retain any SVS MEP Room Sync app data. Values written into Revit projects remain in those project files until the user edits or removes them. The local shared parameter file remains on the user's computer until the user deletes it.

6

Consent and deletion requests

Users can revoke consent by stopping use of the app and uninstalling it. Users can delete app-created parameter values from their Revit projects and delete the local shared parameter file. For questions or deletion assistance, contact support@svsbimtools.com.
