SVS Exporter Privacy Policy
SVS Exporter is a 100% free Revit add-in that performs sheet, view, schedule, coordination, and model utility workflows inside Autodesk Revit. Officially published on the Autodesk App Store, all processing for export and model utility commands happens locally on the user's computer without cloud storage, tracking telemetry, or licensing locks.
Data processed locally
SVS Exporter reads the active Revit project, selected sheets, views, schedules, title-block parameters, element parameters, site coordinates, model elements, linked models, export settings, and user-selected folders solely to execute your requested export or model operations. All processing happens 100% locally on your workstation.
Data written locally
The add-in creates exported PDF, DWG, DWFx, DWF, IFC, Excel, CSV, settings (.svssettings), style packages (.svsstyles), and related workflow files exclusively in user-designated local folders. It also writes parameter updates, schedule synchronizations, level reassignments, and other command results back into your active Revit project as directed by your explicit actions.
100% Free Software & Zero Licensing Verification
SVS Exporter is 100% free software for all users. It does not enforce license verification, registration paywalls, hardware machine code activations, or subscription locks. No commercial payment data, licensing keys, or user authentication tokens are processed or required to access any tool or feature.
Network communications & update integrity
SVS Exporter may periodically contact secure SVS-operated endpoints to check whether a newer version or bug fix is available, ensuring your team has the latest Autodesk Revit API compatibility. These integrity checks do not collect, read, or transmit any Revit project geometry, parameter values, sheet contents, or personally identifiable project records.
Project data transmission
SVS Exporter never transmits Revit project geometry, exported drawings, schedules, views, sheets, model content, or user-authored design data to SVS or any third party. Your intellectual property and confidential BIM assets remain strictly on your local computer or internal corporate network.
Third parties and platform compliance
SVS Exporter is officially available on the Autodesk App Store and operates strictly via official Autodesk Revit APIs and Microsoft runtime libraries. The add-in contains no advertising SDKs, marketing trackers, or third-party analytics scripts, and strictly complies with Autodesk App Store developer standards.
Retention and deletion
Files exported by SVS Exporter remain wherever the user saved them until the user deletes them. Values written into Revit projects remain in those project files until edited or removed by the user. Technical support logs voluntarily emailed by users are retained solely to troubleshoot issues and are deleted upon request.
Consent, control, and support
